My photography style pairs best with a relaxed environment where the priority is being present with each other rather than checking things off a list. Organization has its time and place, but those real moments cannot be manufactured. It is so important to revel in all the emotions that take place on a wedding day, and allow yourself to make space for them as they come. I will be there every step of the way making sure each one is documented for you to relive for years to come.

Wedding photography is more than a gallery of beautiful images. My work is a mix of documentary and traditional imagery. This simply means that I know how to balance when to step back and let moments happen, and when to step in and direct. For example, more direction may be needed during family photos to make sure we get them all done while I may step back as you're getting ready and let those moments happen naturally. In addition to this, my post production process makes sure I keep your images true to life. Nothing is heavily altered. I want you to see and feel everything just as it was.
how would you describe your work?
Do you shoot digital + film photography?
Yes I do! While I love digital photography, I absolutely adore the nostaglic feel of mixing film photography into my work. It's the perfect reminder for us to slow down and be present on a wedding day. I shoot a minimum of one roll of film per wedding, so everyone will be able to take part in the magic of it!
No one is ever as awkward as they feel! I know how daunting having your photo taken can be (I'm not the biggest fan of it myself). I can promise you that I will guide you every step of the way while making sure you are comfortable. I will check in constantly to see how we are feeling, and I can't help but give lots of verbal praise throughout too!
what if we are awkward in front of the camera?
I am based out of Nashville TN, but will go anywhere! I love traveling, and it is so fulfilling to include that part of my life into my work! This world is so big and beautiful, and deserves to be explored. To keep everything simple and organized, I will book my flight, stay, and rental car if needed myself and an invoice will be sent to you for reimbursement. I cannot wait to meet you wherever your heart desires!
how is travel handled for destinations?
Every gallery is delivered online through a site called Pictime. Once your gallery is complete, you will receive a link in your email where you will be able to access it! You will be able to download the high resolution images, and begin sharing right away! I recommend downloading and storing them somewhere safe immediately!
how do you deliver our photos?
For engagements, photos are delivered within 3-4 weeks. Weddings are delivered within 8-12 weeks. I deliver 50-75 edited images per hour, but I am not one to keep an image I love out of the gallery so you will more than likely receive more than that!
